HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate employee attendance, time records, and shift adjustments for payroll processing
- Encode absences, leaves, overtime, and attendance discrepancies; issue memos for tardiness/absences
- Coordinate with third‑party agencies on timekeeping concerns
- Maintain and safeguard employee 201 files and HR records
- Assist in employee relations documentation and statutory benefits processing (SSS, Pag‑IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Handle loan applications, uniform distribution, and employment certificates
- Process employee clearance, exit interviews, and last pay coordination
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years' experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
