We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Associate to manage the foundational administrative and records functions of our Human Resources department. This critical role ensures data integrity, compliance, and smooth daily operations, requiring strong multi-tasking skills and a commitment to professional excellence. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will own the administrative and records lifecycle, while supporting all facets of HR. Records Management and Compliance: Maintain and audit all confidential employee files (digital and physical) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards. Process and accurately track all necessary HR documentation (e.g., new hires, status changes, separations). Ensure absolute data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Administrative and Operational Support: Provide expert administrative support across the HR function, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Serve as the primary resource for internal and external inquiries regarding HR data and standard procedures. HR General Support: Actively support key HR processes such as recruitment logistics, onboarding execution, and benefit enrollment administration. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrated proficiency in organizational, administrative, and multi-tasking functions. Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage high-volume, sensitive information with discretion. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR software systems (HRIS).
