Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in QuickBooks, a strong background in financial planning and analysis, and proven leadership in accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient management of company resources.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and improve profitability.
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across departments.

QuickBooks Expertise

  • Maintain and optimize the company's QuickBooks accounting system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate detailed financial reports and dashboards using QuickBooks tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, implement process automation, and ensure accurate integration with other software (e.g., payroll, CRM, inventory systems).
  • Train and support accounting staff in the effective use of QuickBooks features.

Compliance and Control

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all financial records.

Leadership and Coordination

  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial initiatives and business planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial efficiency and operational growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Experience with audit coordination, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or financial software integrations.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing small to medium finance teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
