About the Role

Are you a BPO Workforce expert who loves diving into data and creating insights that drive results? We're looking for a Workforce Manager (Reporting & Analytics) who can lead a dynamic team, create meaningful reports, and partner with clients to make strategic workforce decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and mentor the workforce reporting and analytics team in a BPO setup
  • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and performance trends
  • Analyze historical data to forecast headcount, capacity, and staffing requirements
  • Collaborate with operations, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance and capacity goals
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize workforce efficiency
  • Ensure all workforce reports are accurate, timely, and business-relevant

What We're Looking For:
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in workforce management, reporting, or analytics within the BPO industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, etc.)
  • Proven experience in report and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus)
  • Strong leadership experience — at least 5 years managing workforce or reporting teams (7–10 years preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
