Overall Job Purpose:Accounting Manager is overall responsible for managing, monitoring, and evaluating all day-to-day accounting activities. He/she will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. Brief Duties and Responsibilities:Overall responsible for monitoring Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, and

General Ledger. Payroll and Utilities, Audit Inventory, Revenue, and Expenditure Variance AnalysisOversee Accounting daily operations

Monitor adherence of the Accounting Team to Accounting Principles and RegulationsConsolidate, check, and produce weekly, monthly and annual Accounting Reports (A/R Status, A/P Status, Sales Invoices, Audit Inventory, Tax Annualization, etc)Ensure yearly renewal of Business registration as well as submission of General Information sheets of all companies. Responsible for completion of Books of Accounts required by BIROversee accurate posting of GL balances in SAPMonitor the creation of Cost Centers based on proper hierarchy and company code

Oversee posting of CR/AR, CM/DMFinalize posting of all accruals for contractual expenses, prepayments, utilities, payroll, and other operating expenses before closing of books

Finalize computation of Sales Monthly and Override CommissionUpdated with Accounts Collection and Aging reports

Monitor Checking and Validation of Payables including accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of all monthly expenses in the General LedgerOversee Payroll and Remittance ReconciliationWell aware of LBR and Pay Item Recording and MonitoringInterprets Expense Variance Analysis report for Management decision. Manage audit inventory team to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

Responsible for performance evaluation of accounting personnel as well as providing constructive feedback and training as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountancy and is a Certified Public AccountantWith at least three (3) years of experience as an Accounting Manager or at least five (5) years of experience as an Accounting SupervisorWith experience in managing multiple companies

Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations

With excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills

With excellent written and oral communication skills
