JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing all aspects of our social media channels, developing creative and engaging content, and implementing strategies to grow our online presence. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual with a passion for digital marketing and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for trends and industry best practices to ensure our social media efforts are always fresh and impactful.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage all company social media accounts, regularly posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and support broader business goals.
  • Analyze social media data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Community Engagement:

  • Act as the voice of the brand on social media, engaging with followers, customers, and industry influencers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Social Media Advertising:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic or conversions.

Social Media Calendar and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and appropriate timing for various campaigns and events.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and present insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
