Key responsibilities

  • Food preparation: Wash, chop, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients; cook basic menu items like eggs, pasta, and sandwiches.
  • Kitchen support: Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking during service and other times.
  • Stock management: Monitor inventory, receive and store deliveries, and rotate stock to ensure proper storage and freshness.
  • Cleanliness and hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, follow all health and safety regulations, and ensure all equipment is clean.
  • Quality control: Prepare food to high-quality standards and monitor food presentation.
  • Learning and development: Learn new recipes, techniques, and food preparation methods from senior staff.
  • Assisting with tasks: Help with plating, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the chef de partie or other supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php700.00 per day
