The position is responsible for the maintenance of fleet of tracks. The position is also responsible. For coordination of repairs and maintenance in accordance to company policies and procedures and standards, and contribute to the attainments of the company business goals and objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers promptly and professionally, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide clear explanations of available services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage service appointments, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Service Recommendations: Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing accurate cost.
  • Coordination with Technicians: Collaborate with service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper executions of services.
  • Documentation Billing: Prepared service detailed results, Manage work orders, and process invoices accurately.
  • Customer Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely procurements of necessary parts.
  • Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products that meet customer needs.
  • Compliance and safety: Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Motorpool process: Process the receiving and releasing of the unit.
  • Prepares technical reports, daily reports, documents and other materials.
  • Encoding of Job order for trucks and equipment.
  • Monitor truck PMS and general truck repairs schedule and expenses incurred each unit.
  • Coordinate truck rescue with chief mechanic and store manager (OM/MM) for engine breakdown, battery repair.
