It is a family business owned company headed by Vernon Go as the Chairman and Happee Sy-Go, his wife, as the CEO. Mainly, it is engaged in publishing, promotions, concert production, digital marketing, recording, distribution and importation. PULP LIVE WORLD is also the publisher of PULP Magazine which was founded as the official music magazine of Tower Records Philippines. PULP LIVE WORLD opened Groovy Garden Studios to service various local artist recording needs.

Technical Production Coordinator

Job Description:

• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with third-party technical suppliers to ensure smooth ingress and egress for every event, managing logistical and operational needs in alignment with event requirements.
• Technical Rider Management: Ensure all technical riders are accurately set up according to each event's specifications and updated as needed. Coordinate with designated point persons to confirm accuracy and feasibility.
• Internal & External Communication: Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee seamless integration and communication before, during, and after events.
• On-Site Support: Oversee and address the needs of technical suppliers on-site, including provision of food, setup materials, and detailed execution of event cues.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with the Back of House (BOH) production team to anticipate and fulfill any technical or production-related requests during events.
• Reporting: Provide direct updates and reports to top management regarding technical operations and supplier performance.
• Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities and tasks as assigned to support overall event success.

Qualification:

• Educational Background: Graduate of a Communication-related degree.
• Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and teams.
• Live Production Experience: Proven background in live event productions, with a solid understanding of technical and logistical demands.
• Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools; capable of managing documents, communication, and planning efficiently.

Preferable: Basic working knowledge of CAD software.

• Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
