SEO Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an SEO Specialist to help us expand our digital presence and increase organic traffic across search engines. You'll be responsible for managing SEO strategies end-to-end — from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimization and link-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Optimize website on-page SEO (metadata, headers, content structure, internal linking).
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve crawlability, site speed, and indexability.
  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns to establish and maintain authority.
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Understanding of content strategy and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present actionable insights.
  • Experience with international SEO / multilingual optimization.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
