We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Design Architect to lead and contribute to architectural design across diverse project types, including commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, a solid technical foundation, and an ability to adapt designs to suit different user needs, regulatory environments, and building systems.

This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and functional architecture that aligns with client goals and project constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for projects across multiple sectors: commercial , residential, institutional, and industrial (warehouses, manufacturing).
  • Translate client objectives, operational needs, and user experiences into design strategies and architectural solutions.
  • Produce compelling visualizations, diagrams, presentations, and 3D models to communicate design intent.
  • Ensure design compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout all phases of design and documentation.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of the design, including structure, MEP systems, and site conditions.
  • Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits to maintain design integrity.
  • Stay current with design trends, building technologies, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with license
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a diverse portfolio of built or conceptual work across multiple sectors
  • Experience in planning, developing and implementing building designs.
  • Proficient knowledge of Architectural software (AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Rendering tools such as V-ray, etc.). Develop plans and shop drawing using Autodesk-AutoCAD.
