LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:


Responsible for the overall design and coordination of all landscape design projects.

Prepare landscape plans, site plans, specifications, and land development, coordinating arrangements of existing and proposed land features and structures. Confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects on the overall program.

Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs.

Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage.

Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans

Excellent verbal and written communications skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants.

Provides directions to productions team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced.

Provide administrative and technical support to design and production team.

Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
