About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and developing residential projects while working closely with senior architects and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the creation of architectural designs, drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.

-Participate in multiple ongoing projects with efficient task management.

-Support residential and interior design projects from concept to execution.

-Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, suppliers, and other consultants to ensure design and project goals are met.

-Conduct site visits to collect data, monitor project progress, and ensure design intent is followed.

-Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals and visual materials.

-Continuously learn and grow professionally within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion.

-Solid understanding of architectural design principles and technical documentation.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

-Ability to work both independently and within a team.

-Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
