Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Document and escalate recurring issues or complaints for process improvement.
  • Support the e-commerce team in monitoring customer feedback and service KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and updated FAQs or customer support materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to do full onsite work in Quezon City.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
