Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead specializing in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) to lead end-to-end automation initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of automated workflows that drive business efficiency and digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices in implementing scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design, development, and deployment of workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify automation opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and team members involved in Power Platform projects.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize existing workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in automation and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and its functionalities for building and deploying automation workflows.

  • Strong understanding of business process automation, logic building, and integration patterns.

  • Experience integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.

  • Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in Agile or iterative software development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications.

  • Additional Microsoft certifications related to the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure are a strong advantage.
