Job DescriptionThe Territory Business Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a loyal customer base for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation by active selling and relationship building with distributors and dealers.

The role involves increasing market share within a designated territory and ensuring credit terms are maintained according to company standards. ResponsibilitiesMarket Potential: Assess market potential through dealer and end-user profiling and market analysis. Business Planning: Implement placement strategies and develop overall business approaches, including pricing and placement strategies.

Customer Relations: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, support transactions, gather feedback, and address customer concerns. Sales Operations: Verify customer information, generate leads, negotiate, plan territory activities, manage accounts receivable, monitor sales effectiveness, oversee third-party service providers, and provide technical training as needed. Other Tasks: Participate in corporate initiatives, contribute to sales and marketing projects, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
