About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project In Charge to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Elite Construction Corp.' in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Project In Charge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and manage all project activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
  2. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  3. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  4. Oversee the implementation of project plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate strategies to address them
  6. Lead and mentor the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
  7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status and performance

What we're looking for

  1. Have 1-2 years of experience as a Project In Charge or a similar project management role in the construction industry
  2. Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and cost control techniques
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  6. Familiarity with relevant construction laws, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
