We are looking for a Project In-Charge who will oversee the execution and delivery of modular cabinetry works for high-rise and residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing schedules, ensuring quality standards, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and coordinate the installation of modular cabinetry on-site


• Ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met


• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports


• Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers regarding materials and schedules


• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and proactively


• Monitor and control project costs and resource allocation


• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related course


• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in modular cabinetry or fit-out projects)


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they had OJT experience in modular cabinetry or related work


• Strong understanding of technical drawings, cabinetry materials, and installation procedures


• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar project coordination tools


• Good communication and leadership skills


• Willing to work on-site and travel as needed
