As a Project In Charge, you will manage and lead projects from initiation to completion. You'll be able to work closely with the project team to make sure that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating project resources and assigning tasks
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise
  • Communicating project status to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans
  • Managing project documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • License Electrical Engineer
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Experience in the Construction industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Willing to assigned in different locations in Metro Manila and Cavite.
