  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
  • Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD operations and Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • With at least 2 years of experience in product costing, electrical project estimation, and project supervision
  • Has the ability to prioritize and work cooperatively and independently with limited supervision; self-starter, detail-oriented
  • Willing to work outside normal business hours.
  • Willing to assigned in different locations in Metro Manila and Cavite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of monitoring, controlling, and evaluating ongoing projects of Greenlight.
  • Prepares progress billing of electrical works project.
  • Monitors materials consumption of the project.
  • Prepares materials requisition form for approval of Engineering TL or Manager per project required.
  • Coordinates with the client regarding issues and concerns of the project and relays it to immediate superior for appropriate resolution.
  • Submits project reports to immediate superior such as Project Information Sheet, Weekly/Monthly Work Schedule, Weekly/Monthly Progress, Safety Inspection Checklist, Project Completion Evaluation Project. Materials/Tools Turnover, Client Satisfaction Survey, Certificate of Acceptance/Turn-over, and other reportorial requirements needed.
  • Ensures company tools and equipment assigned to projects are in good and sound conditions.
  • Attends weekly project management section meetings to report progress and get updates on engineering policies.
  • People management: DTR Checking (OT, Tardiness, work adjustment, OB) and conduct of Safety Walk-through for ensuring compliance to safety and health policies.
