What You'll Do

  • Oversee full-spectrum finance activities including sales forecasting, COGS monitoring, and profitability analysis. 
  • Manage month-end close (approx. 10-day process), including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations. 
  • Maintain accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting while ensuring strong financial controls. 
  • Partner cross-functionally on budgeting, planning, and cost analysis to guide strategic decisions. 
  • Drive process improvements, identify efficiency gains, and enhance reporting systems and analytics. 

Key Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years' finance management experience at a mid-to-senior level at an FMCG company
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong technical understanding of OpEx, COGS, and stock accounting.
  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Cin7, Xero, or transferable SAP experience)
  • Familiarity with Tableau, UK GAAP/IFRS exposure, or experience leading junior staff.

Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with UK business hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
