Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • As DRI for distribution channel return material authorization (RMA) process:

  • ensure frictionless handling of returns from start to finish

  • adopt a strategic approach on the assigned functional process area
  • look for opportunities to drive process excellence, i.e. efficiency (cycle time) and effectiveness (0% processing errors)

  • work with the lead & manager to execute on process enhancements

  • Build data-driven metrics and track performance improvements over time

  • Ensure RMA credits are followed through to completion and distribution partners are given detailed status by the end of the cycle
  • Develop strong relationship with the QA team, warehouse team and distribution partners to ensure seamless resolution of issues
  • Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP S4/HANA experience preferred
  • Willing to relocate to Bonifacio Global City office on hybrid set-up
