  • Graduate of Business, Accounting, or any Business Management course.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of work experience in convenience stores or grocery operations (e.g., Robinsons, SM Hypermarket, Alfamart, Waltermart, Landers, 7-Eleven, Uncle John's).
  • Strong exposure to administrative tasks, including BIR document compliance, accounting, and recruitment.
  • Able to build new teams and manage existing teams effectively.
  • Prepare and provide monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets for the region.
  • Take responsibility for accurate and compliant store accounting.
  • Provide reports and statistics to manage and improve regional operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures regarding accounting, tax matters, and labor law.
  • Optimize departmental operations to achieve the lowest possible costs and highest productivity.
  • Willing to work in Laguna or Cavite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php140, Php150,000.00 per month
