QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in credit evaluation or collections
  • Knowledge of credit analysis, loan processing, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software
  • Organized, discreet with confidential data, and able to meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and process personal and business loan applications
  • Investigate applicants' credit history and financial background
  • Verify information through calls, visits, and credit reporting agencies
  • Conduct field visits to confirm addresses or collect overdue payments
  • Monitor account status, payment history, and recommend credit limits
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, communications, and collections
  • Communicate credit decisions and follow up on payment promises
  • Stay updated on credit policies, regulations, and industry practices
