Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to U.S.-based clinics
Handle calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency
Perform healthcare-related tasks such as insurance verification, claims, and billing support
Collaborate with a proactive and supportive team to deliver excellent results
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
1–5 years of BPO experience (healthcare background preferred but not required)
Willing to work U.S. hours and shifting schedules
Adaptable, motivated, and a strong team player
