About the role

As the Whitelines Technical Supervisor at TCL Sun Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Whitelines production line in our Ermita, Manila City facility. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ermita, Manila City.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Whitelines production line
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians to ensure all production targets are met
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product standards
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks in the production process
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the technical team
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a technical supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and maintenance practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage personnel
  • Proficient in reading technical diagrams and schematics
  • Commitment to safety and environmental best practices
  • Relevant technical qualification or certification an advantage
