About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensure stable network connectivity, and provide technical support to internal teams. Experience in GSM gateway setup, configuration, and maintenance is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Ensure stable and secure internet and VPN connections across all workstations.
  • Oversee GSM gateway systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support SMS and call operations.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system issues of employees.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement preventive solutions.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system backups to ensure data security.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for IT infrastructure, telecommunication, and security systems.
  • Support IT-related projects, including software deployment and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT security standards applicable to the lending industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of IT experience, preferably in financial technology, lending, or banking environments.
  • Strong background in network administration (LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, switches).
  • Proven experience in GSM gateway setup and troubleshooting (e.g., GoIP, Hybertone, Dinstar, or similar devices).
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and system security tools.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, VoIP, and endpoint protection solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
