Summary:

Provide onsite hardware and software support for the Teleperformance client's end-user environment. Ensure smooth operations of desktops, laptops, and office IT equipment.

Responsibilities:


• Troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)


• Install OS, applications, and configure user accounts


• Support local network and connectivity issues


• Perform preventive maintenance and asset inventory


• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements


• Assist with office IT setup (workstations, network drops, equipment deployment)

Requirements:


• 2 years desktop/field support experience


• Strong hardware diagnostics skills


• Basic networking knowledge


• Must be willing to work onsite and travel between client locations if needed
