Senior Product Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the development of new baby products to be included under our baby brands.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs by reviewing online platforms and pricing strategies, which can be applied to our own products.
  • Work with Graphic Designers, Suppliers, Offline / Online Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Ensure all products comply with baby safety standards, including checking if they require regulatory approvals such as FDA certification.
  • Guide and support junior team members.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely production, and make sure the planned launch date on the calendar is met.
  • Review product performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • College degree in related field / Any degree is acceptable.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product development.
  • Knowledge of product development of baby products is a plus.
  • Good leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patient and Flexible to change.
  • Keen to Details
  • Organized
  • Preferably can start ASAP.
