About the role

As a Product Officer (Marketing) at Mister Donut, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our product offerings. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure our products meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, product launch and product performance review.
  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Analyze current category for product improvements (raw material improvement or cost improvement) and develop appropriate programs.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes of Management directions to act on market changes for the brand.
  • Collaborate closely with internal (i.e, other MD departments, FG teams, etc) and external (i.e. Creative agencies, Media agencies, other agencies, vendors, suppliers, etc) customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management or any Business Management related course
  • With at least 2 years work experience in end-to-end process for New Product Development, Launching, Campaign in a Food and Beverage Industry.
  • Candidates must be well versed in the use of MS Excel as well as other MS Office applications.
  • Candidates must have high attention to detail and high regard for quality.
  • Willing to be assigned in Scout Tobias, Quezon City and work full time on-site..
