Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Repair
    :
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary maintenance and repairs on building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance
    :
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reducing downtime.
  • Emergency Response
    :
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the facility.
  • Compliance & Safety
    :
  • Ensure all building operations and maintenance activities comply with safety standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
    :
  • Coordinate with and manage external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
  • Energy Management
    :
  • Monitor building energy consumption and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Record Keeping
    :
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance for reporting and future reference.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization
    :
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with building systems, and implement solutions to optimize their performance and efficiency.
