Position Summary

Responsible for the daily operations, facility management, and maintenance of the assigned building; liaises with tenants and owners; coordinates and oversees maintenance, housekeeping, and security activities; and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (
    preferred; licensed
    ), Business Administration, Property Management, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple properties
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the physical condition, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the building, its surroundings, and facilities.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff regarding all building-related concerns and coordinate with SQA to update and disseminate information on facility issues (including planned and unplanned utility disruptions).
  • Ensure proper and efficient use of all building utilities, including electricity, water, and LPG.
  • Address and resolve facilities-related concerns raised by tenants, ensuring timely communication and corrective action.
  • Act as Incident Commander and lead the Emergency Response Team during any type of incident.
