Building Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures proper and judicious usage of all utilities of the building electricity, water, and LPG.
  2. Checks and monitors the physical condition, general upkeep; cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
  3. Maintains continuous communication with staff on all building related issues.
  4. Maintains awareness of tenants on facilities-related problems.
  5. Prepares and carries out emergency protocols and procedures.
  6. Negotiates and liaises with third-party service providers.
  7. Conducts regular building inspections and prepares reports.
  8. Ensures facilities are in compliance with company ISO 9001 policies, regulations, and building codes.
  9. Communicates/Reports to the department head and other participating departments.
  10. Performs the task of Pollution Control Officer and liaison to LLDA.
  11. Ensures conformity with RA 11285 reporting to DOE and assumes the position as Energy Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field,
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple commercial and residential properties,
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and building codes,
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
