Building Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper and judicious usage of all utilities of the building electricity, water, and LPG.
- Checks and monitors the physical condition, general upkeep; cleanliness of the building, its surroundings, and its facilities.
- Maintains continuous communication with staff on all building related issues.
- Maintains awareness of tenants on facilities-related problems.
- Prepares and carries out emergency protocols and procedures.
- Negotiates and liaises with third-party service providers.
- Conducts regular building inspections and prepares reports.
- Ensures facilities are in compliance with company ISO 9001 policies, regulations, and building codes.
- Communicates/Reports to the department head and other participating departments.
- Performs the task of Pollution Control Officer and liaison to LLDA.
- Ensures conformity with RA 11285 reporting to DOE and assumes the position as Energy Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field,
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple commercial and residential properties,
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and building codes,
- Excellent project management, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
