Building Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and analyzes the building's utility consumption
  • Ensures the building's overall cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency by implementing improvement projects and cost-control measures.
  • Supervises and trains engineers and technicians to enhance their knowledge of building systems, safety practices, and maintenance procedures.
  • Conducts routine inspections, manages tools and inventory, coordinates with tenants and service providers, and ensures compliance with safety and ISO 9001 standards

Qualifications

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with a bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Building Engineer or in a comparable position, preferably within office or commercial building environments.
  • Background in tenant coordination or relations is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
