Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for various teams and processes.
- Assist in collecting and organizing data and requirements necessary.

- Monitor and update project trackers and maintain records of day-to-day operations and activities.
- Prepare presentations, status reports, and documentation for team use and leadership updates.
- Ensure timely follow-through on action items and help maintain alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year admin experience.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
