Full-Time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are a growing HVAC service company seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, invoices, and job progress
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Organize schedules, job orders, and internal documents
  • Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Prepare reports and update spreadsheets
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong judgment

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Accounting background required
  • Strong with numbers, data entry accuracy, and financial tracking
  • QuickBooks experience (highly preferred)
  • Sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Trustworthy and reliable with excellent follow-through
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Location

  • Must live in Manila, Philippines
  • This is a remote job
  • Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Philippines time)

Salary

Competitive and based on experience (to be discussed during interview).
