Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Head of Growth to own and scale our complete revenue engine across two business verticals: Brand Maven (consulting services agency) and Real Estate Investments. This role requires someone who has done this before — someone who can architect comprehensive marketing and sales strategies while building the systems, processes, and contractor networks to execute them.

You'll be responsible for improving monthly revenue by designing and implementing systematic lead generation, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement processes. This isn't just strategy — you'll also be hands-on with execution while building scalable frameworks that operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution (Brand Maven)

  • Build and oversee comprehensive marketing strategy from market positioning to conversion optimization
  • Hire and manage contractor network (copywriters, designers, SEO specialists, paid ads managers)
  • Create content calendars, campaign workflows, and brand messaging frameworks
  • Implement lead generation systems across multiple channels (SEO, content, paid, partnerships)
  • Design and optimize marketing funnels for $10K+ average project values

Sales Enablement & Process Design

  • Create a complete sales playbook (discovery frameworks, proposal templates, objection-handling guides)
  • Design sales cadences and follow-up sequences for different prospect types
  • Coach Sales/Account Manager on calls and join major deal negotiations
  • Build CRM workflows for lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion tracking
  • Establish sales reporting and pipeline management systems

Real Estate Deal Flow Systems

  • Design and implement systematic deal sourcing workflows (scraping, outreach, CRM management)
  • Manage and optimize Acquisitions VA performance and processes
  • Develop owner outreach scripts for text, call, and email campaigns
  • Build investor marketing funnel (newsletters, content, email sequences)
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified deals for CEO evaluation

Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Establish KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards across both business lines
  • Track and optimize conversion rates at every stage of marketing and sales funnels
  • Provide strategic direction to Marketing Team/Contractors while managing revenue forecasting
  • Implement attribution tracking to measure marketing ROI across all channels
  • Create systematic testing frameworks for continuous optimization

Expectations

  • Proven track record in scaling revenue for service-based businesses or agencies
  • Experience building both marketing strategy and sales processes (not just one)
  • Established network of reliable contractors (writers, designers, ads managers, etc.) ready to deploy
  • Ability to independently set up complex systems from scratch with minimal hand-holding
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent English communication skills for client-facing situations and contractor management
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php137, Php165,000.00 per month
