As we continue to grow, we're looking for additional Senior Graphic Designers to join our team and support our Head of Design in delivering outstanding email templates for our clients.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for additional talented designers who can execute high-quality email template designs quickly and efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.

You are highly proficient in Figma and understand its design systems and workflow.

You have strong attention to detail and can follow brand guidelines with precision.

You can turn around designs within 24 hours when needed.

You are experienced in creating email templates and optimising them for email platforms.

You are familiar with Commentful and Emailify for linking and annotations.

You can export assets from Figma, ensuring they are email-ready.

You are open to feedback and can quickly make design adjustments.

You are organised, structured, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

You can work within structured processes and adhere to a design system.

You are available to work within Australian Business Hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Email Designer at Flowstate, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality email template designs for our eCommerce clients.

Design email templates in Figma, following brand guidelines and design systems.

Work closely with our Head of Design to execute high-volume email template requests.

Create multiple alternative versions of email templates based on a Master Email Template.

Use Commentful and Emailify to create necessary links and annotations.

Export and prepare email-ready assets for upload to client email platforms.

Edit and adjust template designs based on client or management team feedback.

Follow the structured design process set by our Head of Design.

Attend Customer meetings if required.

This is a Fully Remote and full-time role (38 hours per week), working in the Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEST), Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
