The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

• BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)
• 10 AM - 7 PM PHT

We're seeking an enthusiastic SEO professional to support our marketing efforts and strengthen our online visibility. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and refining strategies that increase organic search traffic and improve rankings across multiple platforms. This includes both technical and creative responsibilities: from fine-tuning site structure and page performance to developing keyword-driven content and link-building initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, launch, and manage SEO campaigns, including technical setup, on-page improvements, off-site efforts, and performance measurement.
• Provide technical guidance on crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema implementation, and sitemap management.
• Oversee link acquisition strategies and partnerships.
• Use analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, etc.) to track results, assess effectiveness, and recommend optimizations for content, usability, and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to discover opportunities and inform content planning.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content production and publishing.
• Monitor performance regularly and deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and new tools or tactics to keep strategies competitive.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective SEO strategies that support business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with common SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, and others.
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
• Strong content editing/writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling meta descriptions, web copy, and blogs.
• At least one year of relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
