About the Role

We are seeking a
hands-on AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy next-generation
LLM-powered chatbots, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and enterprise automation
solutions.

You'll work within the
Data & AI Team
, building intelligent conversational interfaces, semantic search systems, and knowledge applications using
Google Cloud Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, Document AI, LangChain, LangGraph,
and
vector databases
.

This role combines
deep technical expertise
with
client-facing collaboration
, ideal for those passionate about building real-world AI applications on modern cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize AI chatbots using LLMs (Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
  • Build semantic and enterprise search systems powered by
    RAG pipelines and vector databases
  • Orchestrate LLM workflows using
    LangChain
    and
    LangGraph
  • Develop backend services and APIs using
    FastAPI
  • Build
    interactive AI dashboards
    and demos using
    Streamlit
    for internal and client presentations
  • Implement
    prompt engineering
    ,
    model tuning
    , and evaluation for specific business domains
  • Integrate and deploy solutions leveraging
    Vertex AI, Document AI, Dialogflow CX, BigQuery
    , and
    Cloud Functions
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Contribute to best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as
    AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Software Engineer
    on AI-focused projects
  • Strong understanding of
    LLMs, transformers, and conversational AI architectures
  • Proven experience with
    LangChain
    or
    LangGraph
  • Hands-on with
    FastAPI
    (or Flask) and
    Streamlit
  • Experience with
    Prompt Engineering, RAG
    , and
    LLM evaluation
  • Proficiency in
    vector databases
    (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus)
  • Working knowledge of
    Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Document AI
  • Solid foundation in
    software engineering, Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, testing

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Data engineering tools (ETL, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake)
  • Integrating
    web crawlers
