• The Role & Impact: As the Business Analyst based in BGC, you will function as a specialized Individual Contributor (IC), serving as the critical link between business objectives, regulatory compliance, and technology implementation. You will leverage data and analytical rigor to define the future state of our operations, ensuring every system and process is optimized for efficiency and competitive advantage.

What You'll Be Doing

• Requirements Gathering (Strategic): Collaborate with executive and domain stakeholders to elicit and document complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with gaming/financial industry standards.
• Data Analysis & Insight: Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets, identify strategic trends, and extract insights crucial for executive decision-making and project prioritization.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Document current and future state processes within key focus areas, identifying critical gaps and providing recommendations for operational optimization and enhanced user experiences.
• Systems Analysis & Compliance: Assess existing platforms, applications, and workflows to ensure stringent compliance with industry and regulatory standards, proposing strategic enhancements or new solutions.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential operational and systemic risks specific to DFNN's high-stakes operations (iGaming, FinTech) and provide comprehensive recommendations for effective mitigation.
• Quality Assurance & UAT: Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring that implemented technical solutions perfectly align with defined business requirements.
• Reporting & Communication: Develop and generate reports focused on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of trends, innovations, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for the continuous enhancement of DFNN's competitive offerings.

What You'll Need to Succeed (The Ideal Strategic Analyst)

• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex, regulated industry (iGaming, FinTech, or Enterprise IT).
• Core Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management methodologies, and robust documentation.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments and emerging technologies.
• Preferred Certifications: Six Sigma Certification or formal involvement in a successful large-scale project implementation is highly preferred.
• Background: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business, IT, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
