About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a SEO - Search Engine Account - CSR. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Providing detailed and accurate information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services to customers where appropriate
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a Call Centre & Customer Service role, preferably within the Customer Service - Call Centre industry; 1year BPO EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
