The Project Analyst supports the execution of projects by coordinating tasks, analyzing data, and assisting with reporting and process improvements. This role is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to senior-level, with opportunities to grow and contribute to key project decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    Assist with defining project scope, maintaining schedules, and documenting meetings.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze project data, create reports and dashboards, and track performance against goals.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as a point of contact for updates, facilitate meetings, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Ad Hoc Support:
    Provide assistance to project managers and senior analysts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, MIS).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Has 2-5 years of project management or analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong understanding of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
