  1. Functions. As SAQ Officer, you shall perform the following described below:

A. Site hunting and prospecting for potential partnerships and opportunities to grow the business

B. Spearhead efforts to seek prospective property owners interested to join as partner as tenant on available and leasable properties

C. Promote and ensure good relationships with lot property owners

D. Conduct and execute site hunting, selection, and open leasable property

E. Review and validate available property documents that are crucial for the company to engage or enter an agreement to lease or rent

F. Provide assistance, guide, and/or educate property owners or their authorized representative regarding the steps how to enter a lease agreement and/or contract

G. Provide assistance, guide, and/or educate property owners or their authorized representative regarding the steps on how to complete the required property and/or realty documents

H. Provide assistance, guide, and/or educate property owners or their authorized representative regarding the steps on how to validate and secure a copy of Proof of Ownership or Proof of Use in the Local Registry of Deeds

I. Provide assistance, guide, and/or educate property owners or their authorized representative regarding the steps on how to secure a copy (or related) of any Lien of Tax Deficiency related to the property

J. Collaborate with the Project team and gather data needed to produce comprehensive reports such as but not limited to Site Acquisition Reports, Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR), Flood History, Power Source and Security, or other relevant site option history that may have cost implications in developing the sites for infrastructure

K. Extend help in preparation of drawings and plans needed for potential permitting works

L. Ensure targets are met or exceeded within the corresponded service level agreement

M. Streamline and improve processes and procedures in SAQ to deliver plans and targets set in the KPIs

N. Collaborate with the Project team and plan out the delivery of key milestones such as but not limited to: RTB, SKOM, completion

O. Perform field work activities only as required on a case-by-case basis

P. Other tasks that may be assigned by the Project Director or President as deemed required

Qualifications:

1. Any Bachelor Degree related to the position

2. Must Have Strong Negotiating Skills

3. Preferrable with Telco experience

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
