Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to become the front-line driver of business growth for a specialized web design agency. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with website solutions that can transform their fitness businesses. Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified leads targeting personal fitness professionals and businesses seeking web design services
  • Conduct strategic outbound appointment setting calls to prospects in the fitness industry
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for sales presentations and closing calls
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems with detailed lead information and call outcomes
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics and appointment setting performance to continuously improve results
  • Execute follow-up campaigns to nurture prospect relationships and secure meeting commitments
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to refine targeting and messaging strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone-based outreach and relationship building
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently from a professional home office setup
  • Comfortable using VoIP phone systems for US-based calling
  • Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based incentives and performance rewards
  • Ability to adapt work schedule to US Pacific Time Zone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple prospects and follow-ups
