  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (like print ads and events) to attract and retain customers, build brand awareness, and increase sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure campaign results against established goals (KPIs) and provide insights to improve strategies and business outcomes.
  • Research & Innovation: Investigate new and effective offline marketing strategies, and conduct experiments to test their impact.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in offline marketing or event management is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Core Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optional Skills: Experience in graphic design, content writing, or working within the lending or banking industry.
