Events Officer will handle logistics, coordination and management of both online events and live events.

  • Has a proactive and outgoing personality, a team player and a commitment to high quality service
  • Should be knowledgeable in zoom, streamyard, MS Teams and other streaming platforms.
  • Should have experience in handling and coordinating live events. Liaising between suppliers and clients, marketing and sales team and production staff.
  • Experience in using Canva editing is an advantage.
  • Entertain Call Inquriies, Meet Clients and Prepare Contracts
  • Maintenance and Preparation of Event Costumes and Props
  • Updating of Costume inventory
  • Preparation of Event Scripts, Music and Visuals requirements
  • Coordination with all talents for call times and other general reminders
  • Handle other events related materials and logistics assigned by Events Manager
  • Sourcing of Coordinators and Talents
  • Training and Briefing of Event Coordinators
  • Preparation of all event schedule and logistics
  • Sourcing Suppliers
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Willing to start ASAP
