- Supervise all restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory.
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations and health regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
