Ang Quality Control Staff ay responsable sa pagsuri, pagsubok, at pagtiyak na ang mga produkto ay pumapasa sa pamantayan ng kumpanya bago ito ipadala o gamitin sa produksyon.

Pangunahing Tungkulin:

  • Magsagawa ng inspeksyon sa mga materyales, produkto, at proseso ng produksyon.
  • Tiyakin na lahat ng produkto ay pumapasa sa quality standards ng kumpanya.
  • Magtala ng mga resulta ng inspeksyon at gumawa ng ulat para sa anumang depekto o problema.
  • Makipag-ugnayan sa production team upang ayusin agad ang mga natukoy na depekto.
  • Tumulong sa pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang para mapabuti ang kalidad ng produkto.
  • Siguruhing nasusunod ang mga safety at cleanliness standards sa lugar ng trabaho.

Kwalipikasyon:

  • Senior High School graduate, Technical/Vocational graduate, o College level.
  • May karanasan sa Quality Control o sa manufacturing industry ay isang advantage ngunit hindi kinakailangan.
  • Marunong gumamit ng mga basic measuring tools (tulad ng caliper, micrometer, timbangan, atbp.).
  • Maingat sa detalye at may kakayahang magtrabaho nang may katumpakan.
  • May mabuting attitude, responsable, at kayang magtrabaho nang may minimal supervision.
  • Handa sa shifting schedule at overtime kung kinakailangan.
  • Willing magtrabaho sa General Trias. Mula Lunes hangang Sabado.
