About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Staff to join our dynamic team at LRI Chroma Asia' in General Trias City, Cavite. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with the management of storage locations and maintenance of warehouse organisation
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimise inventory management and logistics processes
  • Maintain detailed records and generate inventory reports as required
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in an inventory or warehousing role, preferably in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to upholding health, safety and quality standards
